The online booking was super easy and the team were friendly, helpful and quick to get us going. The ride was fantastic but was a challenge for our 8yo with some pretty steep hills which we walked up. No big issue but good to know in advance.

Excellent service, we mixed up our dates and they were happy to accommodate since they did have bikes available. We had our 4 kids with us, ages 9-16. They did great! The views are spectacular!! They are still going on about how much they enjoyed biking through the cities. Something to keep in mind, 2.5 miles from the bike rental to the beginning of the Golden Gate Bridge and 4 miles from the Pier 1 ferry terminal in San Francisco.

Bike in good shape, wonderful care of Mike, very friendly service, highly recommended. Suggest to everybody to bike across the Golden Gate Bridge then down to Sausalito taking the ferry back (check the hours for the ferry).
