Everything was excellent except one thing. Zane is a geat driver, very considerate thoughtful, knowledgeable and patience. The trip was very comfortable. The driver tried to arrange the seats so we can keep a good distance. The one thing I hope they will improve is as follows. My hotel was the 2nd to the last stop for the morning pick up. The pick up time they told me was the last stop time, which is 20 min later. I am glad I called them to verify the pick up location and time so I was not late. However, we waited for the other passenger at my hotel for about 20 min. to show up. This kind of delayed the trip for 20 min-ish. This passenger didn't give them his phone number and the driver couldn’t call him while waiting. I encourage all passengers to leave your contact info to the tourist company in case like this so they can call you if you are running late. Also, I hope the staff will make sure to give each passenger the correct pick up time according to the pick up location and sequence. Overall, it’s an excellent trip. I enjoyed it a lot. Thank you very much!

Thank you for your 5 star review of this tour. We agree that each passenger has a responsibility of showing up at their pick up location on time. If they don't, it inconveniences the other passengers. We carefully schedule each pick up with the correct time. Unfortunately, some passengers don't follow our very explicit instructions.

Frank was great. What a breathtaking experience and it was wonderful to have the driving taken care of for us. He showed us the best spots. Thanks for a great day!
