We had some apprehension due to elevation and my age (70) about the canyon rim hike, but, with a little training before arrival, we were able to safely experience this fantastic hike, daring to get off the driving loop in Yellowstone (a minority do). We consider the hike a highlight of a wonderful trip. Our guide (KIM) was over-the-top friendly, helpful, and educational.

Chris was a terrific tour guide. He was knowledgeable, funny, and caring to all the participants including our 10 yr old daughter. The hike is tough especially with the altitude, but well worth the time! You see many of the features of Yellowstone on one trail, and he provided tips for great photos throughout the hike. Would highly recommend. Thank you, Chris, for a great trip!
