La rive ouest du Grand Canyon a beaucoup à offrir et cette visite vous permet de tout voir ! En route vers le Grand Canyon, faites un bref arrêt pour une séance photo du barrage Hoover depuis le pont de contournement. Une fois au canyon, vous aurez 3 heures pour admirer de magnifiques vues depuis Eagle Point et Guano Point. Bravez la passerelle en verre qui s'étend sur 700 pieds au-dessus du sol du Canyon et à près de 4 000 pieds au-dessus du sol (disponible à l'achat). Cette visite comprend à la fois un petit-déjeuner continental léger et un déjeuner en option, ainsi que la prise en charge et le retour à l'hôtel dans la plupart des hôtels locaux.

Grand Canyon Ouest
Profitez d'une journée loin de l'agitation de Las Vegas et dirigez-vous vers la rive ouest du Grand Canyon, qui abrite le célèbre Skywalk. Votre visite commence par un bref arrêt au barrage Hoover pour une séance photo et une vue imprenable sur le barrage et le pont de contournement. Après un trajet en bus relaxant à travers la forêt de Joshua Tree vieille de 900 ans, vous arriverez sur la rive ouest du Grand Canyon. Une fois sur place, vous recevrez un ticket pour le déjeuner et votre ticket de navette qui vous permettront de vous déplacer très facilement dans le canyon. Vous aurez environ trois (3) heures pour explorer ici par vous-même.

Passerelle du Grand Canyon
Votre premier arrêt sera Eagle Point. Ici, vous pouvez sortir sur la passerelle en verre, une terrasse en verre en forme de U qui s'étend sur 70 pieds au-delà du bord du Canyon, vous offrant une vue complète de la chute de 4 000 pieds jusqu'au fleuve Colorado en contrebas. Les vues d'ici sont tout simplement spectaculaires et assurez-vous de repérer l'aigle dans le rocher en face. Toujours à Eagle Point se trouve un village amérindien qui affiche de nombreuses maisons tribales et dépeint le mode de vie des indigènes locaux et vous pouvez assister à des activités culturelles telles que des spectacles de danses indiennes dans l'amphithéâtre. Il s'agit d'une mise à niveau facultative que vous pouvez sélectionner lors du paiement.

De là, vous pouvez vous diriger vers Guano Point avec des vues encore plus spectaculaires sur le fleuve Colorado. Vous pouvez parcourir le sentier ici qui mène au point culminant où la vue panoramique offre une vue majestueuse sur le fleuve Colorado ou simplement vous détendre et profiter du calme du Grand Canyon West tout en savourant un repas chaud avec une vue imprenable !

I highly recommend Sweetours to anyone visiting Vegas! We really enjoyed our tour to the Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon. Walter, our tour guide, made our 12-hour journey fun! He was extremely knowledgeable and full of information, kept everyone on our coach entertained the entire time, gave of us great recommendations for Vegas and most of all had great sense humor! You will not regret taking this tour

We were a group of 6 wanting the Canyon experience so we went to the CVS on the strip near New York New York; the agent Dina was very charming and seemingly knowledgeable. She explained that the tour would be a bus trip from Vegas via Hoover Dam and the Joshua Tree forests to the West Rim. There we would take a chopper down into the Canyon, then take a 1 hour boat trip around the headland towards the South rim, and then a 35 minute chopper ride back. All was as sold until the boat ride which was at best 20 minutes out and back so other return chopper ride was much shorter than we were sold. Good news is that we had time to catch the shuttle bus to Eagle Point and Guano Point which we would not otherwise have been able to do! Both were spectacular and the Sky Walk is worth doing if you are prepared not to be allowed to take your own photos! On balance it was a brilliant trip despite the shorter boat and heli ride. The Hoover experience could be improved if the coach stopped closer to the wall to improve photos, but it was a great day out. We did go back to CVS to challenge them on their sales pitch but all they did was offer to find us cheap tickets to a show which we did the have time for. Be careful of these agents and get them to write down what you are being sold so that you have some recourse. Love Vegas and the whole trip!!

We were picked up in the early morning at 6:10 from our hotel and returned to our hotel at 5:30. The day was long, but worth the trip. Jackie was outstanding, has an amazing amount of knowledge and very entertaining! She provided a lot of tips, suggestions, and went above and beyond with recommendations. Her knowledge enabled our day to go smooth and we did not waste time going to the wrong places, etc. We enjoyed the Hoover Dam stop and the Grand Canyon West Rim very much! We would recommend to others.
