La rive ouest du Grand Canyon a beaucoup à offrir et cette visite vous permet de tout voir ! En route vers le Grand Canyon, faites un bref arrêt pour une séance photo du barrage Hoover depuis le pont de contournement. Une fois au canyon, vous aurez 3 heures pour admirer de magnifiques vues depuis Eagle Point et Guano Point. Bravez la passerelle en verre qui s'étend sur 700 pieds au-dessus du sol du Canyon et à près de 4 000 pieds au-dessus du sol (disponible à l'achat). Cette visite comprend à la fois un petit-déjeuner continental léger et un déjeuner en option, ainsi que la prise en charge et le retour à l'hôtel dans la plupart des hôtels locaux.

Grand Canyon Ouest
Profitez d'une journée loin de l'agitation de Las Vegas et dirigez-vous vers la rive ouest du Grand Canyon, qui abrite le célèbre Skywalk. Votre visite commence par un bref arrêt au barrage Hoover pour une séance photo et une vue imprenable sur le barrage et le pont de contournement. Après un trajet en bus relaxant à travers la forêt de Joshua Tree vieille de 900 ans, vous arriverez sur la rive ouest du Grand Canyon. Une fois sur place, vous recevrez un ticket pour le déjeuner et votre ticket de navette qui vous permettront de vous déplacer très facilement dans le canyon. Vous aurez environ trois (3) heures pour explorer ici par vous-même.

Passerelle du Grand Canyon
Votre premier arrêt sera Eagle Point. Ici, vous pouvez sortir sur la passerelle en verre, une terrasse en verre en forme de U qui s'étend sur 70 pieds au-delà du bord du Canyon, vous offrant une vue complète de la chute de 4 000 pieds jusqu'au fleuve Colorado en contrebas. Les vues d'ici sont tout simplement spectaculaires et assurez-vous de repérer l'aigle dans le rocher en face. Toujours à Eagle Point se trouve un village amérindien qui affiche de nombreuses maisons tribales et dépeint le mode de vie des indigènes locaux et vous pouvez assister à des activités culturelles telles que des spectacles de danses indiennes dans l'amphithéâtre. Il s'agit d'une mise à niveau facultative que vous pouvez sélectionner lors du paiement.

De là, vous pouvez vous diriger vers Guano Point avec des vues encore plus spectaculaires sur le fleuve Colorado. Vous pouvez parcourir le sentier ici qui mène au point culminant où la vue panoramique offre une vue majestueuse sur le fleuve Colorado ou simplement vous détendre et profiter du calme du Grand Canyon West tout en savourant un repas chaud avec une vue imprenable !

Our tour guide Jackie was EXCELLENT!!! She’s was very informative, funny, has a great personality and you can tell she cares about her job and the people that are aboard her bus. We had a great day, beautiful weather, the lunch was delicious. However my only complaint is not with Jackie, it is the fact that we were on the bus in the afternoon for an extra hour and 20 mins due to her having passengers that were not on her original route due to dispatch! We were all OVER Las Vegas Blvd, back and forth here and there. We were literally the last drop off. I would recommend they do a better job at routing and scheduling taking into consideration the visitors and paying customers do not want to be on a bus longer than what they need to be knowing we are on vacation and have things planned for our stay. Other than that it was a great experience!

Firstly the Grand Canyon speaks for itself. You’d surely don’t need to read a review of how beautiful it is etc etc, you’ve already done that!! We booked to go with sweet tours via one of those stands down by Marshals on the strip. Paid a deposit to them and the rest to the driver when he picked us up at our hotel. The initial pick up was nice and on time, then we were driven to a car park where we changed on to the proper coach that took us out to the west rim. The coach was ok, nothing super sexy, but then as we were only going less than 3 hours each way, I guess they save those for the longer trips to the south rim. We were given a breakfast bag along with bottles of OJ and water pub boarding and given plenty of information by Jackie? Our driver and guide for the day, letting us know when we’d be stopping for breaks etc etc. There was no WIFi on the bus, which was a shame, would have been nice to upload the days photos on the journey back and yet again (always seems to be the way for coach trips out of Vegas, no matter what company you use) the toilet was “broken” and out of order. As I said at the beginning the Canyon is the draw not the coach company. This company got us there and back in a safe and timely manner whilst ensuring we were able to make the most of our time there.

Yesterday we took a tour to the west rim and our driver was Jackie/ Jacquie ...a lively and entertaining speaker who clearly had a lot of local knowledge and experience. It was a great day out which i highly recommend. Not sure why the west rim seems to not be as popular as the other choices ... We had an awesome day which was greatly enhanced by our driver's great story/ info telling and sense of humour . Sweetours are good value for money . Provided a nice goody bag for breakfast and lunch at the canyon ...very good !!
