While visiting Atlanta my wife and I took this food tour and loved it. Margaret, our guide, could not have been nicer. She was very knowledgeable about the area we toured, and was very well versed on the food we enjoyed. She was able to add insight not only from a tasting standpoint, but she was also very knowledgeable about the preparation as well. She made the tour very interesting, informative and fun. The next time we're in Atlanta we're going to take The King Tour, which is also offered by the same company.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary with this wonderful tour. First of all, we both found the detailed historical information fascinating and fun. Our tour guide, Marcy, was first rate, engaging and performed flawlessly in arranging the food stops. The food was also amazing and on point for Southern cuisine. As a gluten free diner, I’m never really sure what to expect when I go to a restaurant so I was prepared to be eating lettuce wedges and water, but to my pleasant surprise, the restaurants actually made my meals gluten free or offered equally delicious substitutes!! Kudos to doing a great job and making our special day truly unforgettable! We will be coming back for sure.

Thank you for allowing us to participate in your anniversary celebration. I'm so glad that you enjoyed your time with Marcy and that we were able to accommodate your aversion to gluten. We would love to have you on one of our other tours when you are exploring the city again. Amazing review!

My husband and I participated in this tour. It was more than wonderful. The food was excellent. We stopped and 5 places. I didn’t eat anything else the rest of the day because what they served us was more than enough. Some of the plates included, cat fish, shrimp and grits, chicken wings, a cocktail (we chose a non-alcoholic one and it was super delicious) pork belly, and more. It’s a 3 hour tour, but we didn’t feel it was that long. The waking is very moderate. We didn’t get tired because there were a lot of stops and bathrooms nearby. The tour guide, Marcy was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable, respectful, and attentive. We highly recommend this tour. I would not recommend it for people in wheelchairs or that are unable to climb stairs because some of the places we visited didn’t seem to be handicapped accessible or the floor. I was very impressed went the fact that the tour was able to accommodate to serve food for individuals who requested gluten free, vegetarian and/or no alcoholic beverage like we requested. Everyone was happy and satisfied and it was commented at the end of the tour.

I am so glad that you and your husband were able to join us on our Grant Park Tour and you enjoyed your experience with Marcy. You are correct, we do not recommend this tour to guests in a wheelchair due to how old the pavement is in the area. Our other tours would be a better option. We pride ourselves in being able to accommodate almost any allergy or aversion with notice. It's nice to know that our behind the scenes work to ensure a great tour for everyone is noticed. Thank you for your wonderful review!
