I have been grilling and BBQing for over 20 years, and have trained abroad in France, Spain, Argentina, Thailand, South Korea and other countries. As a native of the American South, I combine my culinary roots with eclectic and diverse flavor profiles. The result is a completely unique approach to grilling, based on science that marries traditionally Southern recipes and techniques with exciting ethnic-inspired flavors. I am newer to the world of grilling but Chef Steven had me leaving feeling like a pro. That said, there was a couple in my course who seemed to know a lot about the process but they still seemed to be gleaning from the presentation and the study noted we were provided. The lessons were engaging and interactive. I really appreciated the pacing as there was a lot of information we took in but between each course, we got to enjoy the food prepared while reviewing what we learned (this also helped me from getting stuffed too fast). I highly recommend and will definitely take additional lessons in the future.
