If we cancel your tour due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund. We do not cancel for light rain, unless the outdoor temperature is 50* or below, so if you'd like to bring a poncho, please do!
We definitely recommend sunblock! Bug spray during the summer is helpful. You may also want to bring a change of clothes or wear swimwear.
Kayakers must be willing to step in approximately six inches of water to enter and exit the kayak.
Recommended for ages 4 years old and up. Children under 12 must ride in a tandem kayak with an adult.
Not recommended for serious medical conditions.

Great kayaking experience. Our guide was great- friendly and knowledable about not only kayacking but the river too. We saw turtles and 2 gators. Would go again.

Had soooo much fun on the Eco Kayak Tour! It was my first time kayaking. I went out there with my 12 year old son. We got out there still early enough that it wasn’t blazing hot! Things would of started on time but the other family there had some difficulty not having water get in their boat. The hosts had great communication though so it wasn’t a problem it actually gave me more time to get adjusted to the kayak because I was out there flailing around trying to keep the boat straight and point it into the current. My son has already been kayaking several times and so he was giving me some pointers. We got along the river and everyone went at their own pace....which y’all know what that means...my 12 year old felt like I was waaaay too slow. But the tour was awesome to me. Learned a lot about the hosts and the wildlife and fauna in and out of the water. Saw some turtles sun bathing and lots of birds. My head was on a swivel looking for alligators, but did not spot any. I would highly recommend this tour. It’s nice and easygoing. I plan on doing another tour with this company.
