WE are dreamed about Europe river cruise many ears. Finally bought for September 24(21 to 29). Description of the cruise was change land (bus) moving in a case of weather condition. We are working couple. Vocation strongly dated. Monday, September 16 I got a call about trip cancelation. The are preposed many back or credit. Was not any option giving of any other trip by land. We bought flight tickets not through company. We have been responsible for tickets and had to rearrange out vocation same time. We lost a lot of money to change flights and book hotels. When I called operator Gate one she said they are not responsible for refund tickets, only cruise. She could not give us any other trip for this time and location without spending extra money and our vocation time. We are very disappointed. Berta, Alexander Shnayder
