Unfortunately we had a very unpleasant situation with this provider. You can easily book online for 7 people via our GoCityPass, about 2 hours before the start. However, suddenly a violent storm broke out with lightning and extreme rainfall, so we could not get to the spot. I wanted to report that we wouldn't get there, but I could only do so by telephone. For a European SIM card this is not obvious, it costs a fortune. I tried to call via WhatsApp, but that didn't work. Then just sent an email. It was very easy to order digitally, but it was apparently not possible to cancel digitally due to force majeure. No answer to email, but 300$ from the bill!!!! Finally an answer via website, very short. The message was that you must cancel 2 days in advance. Nonsense, because I made a reservation 2 hours in advance. Very short and aggressive, no refund. Can't judge the content, but this company is tough and is after money, I can't say anything else. Very distasteful.

I never understand the critic of a business being in it for "Money." Yes we are. Most businesses are....that capitalism. We are not a charity. We do not provide a free service. We expect payment for the services we provide. You took 7 spots on our tour, we provided a guide, you failed to agree to the contract and didn't show up. It doesn't really matter if you book the tour 2 hour before or 2 years before.....we follow our policies. We are not your friend here to do you a favor. Grow up.
