I' m.very angry ! 28th october i booked a guided tour for Greenwich Village Booking #144753582 GV At Night Friday, October 28 2022 @ 7:00pm but I made a mistake. I wanted to book for 3th november or i booked for 28th october. I didn't realize it before coming for the guided tour ( 3th november) So i met Gaby. She has accepted we join to her and she has called her boss to explain the situation in order to obtain a refund if my credit card was already charged because we didn't join the tour 28th october. I understand you charged my credit card because we didn't join the guided tour 28th october. But i explained it was a mistake ang Gaby asked about it with her boss for a refund. When i went back in France I send you many messages and no answer !

Very interesting tour through the most vibrant neighborhood of NYC. Lydion was a very engaged tour guide who talked a lot about interesting insights of Greenwich Village and gave us some good recommendations. Thank you very much for this experience!

Our guide was very easy to hear, stood in the rain and walked at a rate to keep everyone engaged. He was excellent but I wasn't enamored with what was available to describe in Greenwich Village. It seems like it may have seen it's best years and I would be anxious to drive a car on those congested, narrow streets to a theater, yikes!
