Had a lovely time with family aboard the Naples Explorer with Captain Tyler and Tiffany. The tour was very informative, the ride was smooth and they kept us laughing the entire time. The sunset left us speechless, we took so many pictures our phones died! We spotted dolphins, manatees and many birds diving for fish. We highly recommend this trip for locals and visitors alike!

The cruise was very nice. The weather was looking like it was going to rain but they assured us that it would not rain on us and it didn't, just a bit at the end. The Captain/Narrator was funny and did not talk the entire cruise which was nice. The sunset was amazing and getting some history on the $Million homes was cool. Would do it again.

They don't tell you all sales are final until you have paid and they email you your confirmation. We sat on the boat for over an hour in a rain storm getting soaking wet and they refused to give our money back. Right at the cut off time they said it was safe enough to go out but at that point we were drenched and too cold to sit on a boat for 2 hours.

We are so sorry that you had a poor experience during our Fourth of July cruise. While making your reservation, it is stated over the phone and online that it is a final sale when purchasing your tickets. During inclement weather, we do offer the option to deboard and going into your vehicle or inside of Tin City. We do our best to make sure all of our guests are comfortable, but unfortunately we cannot control the weather. We were able to push back the time of departure because the fireworks barge was also delayed. We were still able to get out and have a fabulous time on the water seeing the spectacular fireworks. We do hope you come back and see us again so we can change your idea of us and help you have a fabulous time on the water!
