We went for the sunset cruise, but it was cloudy and we couldn't see it. Obviously that is not the fault of the crew or company. The drinks and snacks on board were priced well. Enjoyed the crew's narration--informative and a bit funny.

We booked in advance for a cruise. When we arrived, we were told the "Double Sunshine" ship was reserved for a private party, At the ticket booth, we were given awful directions on how to get to the proper alternative ship. The boat we were sent to was a single layer, overgrown pontoon boat with 2 crew who were most interested in laughing between themselves. The ship does make a big difference! It was not what we thought we were buying at the price and were never offered a refund, The sunset was lovely but make sure you have the double decker boat!

We are very sorry that our cruise did not meet the expectations that you were hoping for. It is customary that if we have a private charter on the Double Sunshine, we book our guests onto the Naples Explorer for the sunset. Normally when reserved, our office staff will let the guest know that the Double Sunshine is full and that they would be on the Naples Explorer. We hope that you can give us another try to not only meet, but exceed your expectations on a future cruise! Thank you for taking the time to let us know your concerns, so that we can make sure this type of mistake does not happen again.
