The Gypsy Gold Farm

our first forty five minutes is an educational journey conducted by Dennis Thompson, the discoverer and founder of the Gypsy Vanner Horse breed. Dennis and Erin will then introduce you to a Gypsy Vanner stallion and explain the envisioned look and details unique to the Vanner breed. Your second hour is a walk among horse filled paddocks lined with ancient oaks laden with the romantic Spanish moss of the south. On your walk you will meet beautiful stallions and mares and friendly Gypsy Vanner Horse babies. Your Gypsy Gold Farm Tour ends with a picture opportunity with an incredible Gypsy Vanner Horse stallion and a visit to the Gypsy Gold gift shop.

La ferme d'or tzigane

nos quarante-cinq premières minutes sont un voyage éducatif mené par Dennis Thompson, le découvreur et fondateur de la race Gypsy Vanner Horse. Dennis et Erin vous présenteront ensuite un étalon Gypsy Vanner et vous expliqueront le look et les détails envisagés uniques à la race Vanner. We visited the Gypsy Gold Farm while on a short visit to Orlando. It was a hour and fifteen minute drive for us so very doable from Orlando. We enjoyed meeting Dennis the owner and hearing the history of how Gypsy Gold Farm came to be. Dennis is a great storyteller with much humor and detail. After Dennis’ talk we took a guided walking tour of the farm meeting many of the horses. They are very beautiful and friendly. I wish I had thought to bring carrots. We also got to meet the Donkeys and the birds on the farm. It was a very enjoyable time. I highly recommend taking the time to visit and learn about these beautiful majestic horses.

It was a informative. The stories were excellent. Alot of history. The farm is huge and we got to touch and take picture with the horses I was hoping to get to ride one but that did not happen I would say for people wo do not know much about horses this would be a great start

It was an amazing experience being around the horses,and walking the grounds.I felt a peace of quiet overcome me leaving the hassles of life behind me for a short time. The horses were beautiful..
