You’ll catch plenty of splashes while getting to sit back and relax on this free-flowing Rocky Mountain river.

Half Day rafting trips on the Lower Animas are incredibly popular for busy schedules. You'll get a couple hours on the water with the best rapid sections.

Plus, our guides are well-trained and absolutely love what they do. You’ll get a hoot out of them as much as they get a hoot out of running this river.

We had a private boat for just the six of us. Nancy, our guide, was great! She gave us a great ride… grandkids loved it! She was also helpful in narrating points of interest, and telling us of further adventures while we stay in Durango. A great trip!

Dan, our rafting leader and guide, was superb: extremely knowledgeable and skilled. He made us very comfortable, as we experienced several rapids. We also 'saved' a person on a kayak who went overboard negotiating one of the rapids. I highly recommend this company, which was highly organized, and a half-day rafting trip on the Animus River. It was well worth it!!

Awesome experience, great customer service, really fun guide. Brody made it a blast for the family. We raft through Mild to Wild every year!
