Last minute cancellation day before. No reason, just sorry we had to cancel though they are still actively selling tours. Very disappointing since leaving Maui in 2 days and unable to find another tour option. Thanks for the horrible service. Had I known this 6 weeks ago when booked I could have found a reliable option.

We’re so very sorry that it didn’t work out to have you tour with us. Unfortunately, the guide who was selected for your group had a last minute family emergency. In order to keep the quality of our private customized tours so high, we only use a very small and carefully curated group of guides. Because of this we didn’t have a replacement available for your tour at the last minute. If you had been on island a little longer we would have been pleased to accommodate you with a special tour and help compensate you for the inconvenience. We have tried to reach out to apologize further. If you or any of your family or friends are able to travel to Maui in the future, please let us know and we will make sure to make things right.

If I could give 100 stars, I would! We traveled to Maui for a wedding and only had 2 days there. We wanted to see the most of the island so we decided this tour would be the best way to do it. We couldn’t be more pleased with our decision! Mishka and Mackenzie took our group of 9 on the most beautiful journey all the way to Hana and then to Haleakala for sunset. Both guides were so kind and accommodating. We tried strawberry guavas, went swimming in 2 waterfalls and even crawled through a lava tube! Plus finishing up at Haleakala was the icing on the cake. What better than a volcano sunset above the clouds to end our big adventure day? Truly unforgettable!! My favorite part is this tour had something for everyone in our family, from grandma to our 4 year old.. if you are thinking about going on this tour, just do it! You won’t regret it. Thanks experience maui for a magic day

Mike’s road to Hana tour was beautiful, informative and full of laughter. We loved seeing the rainbow eucalyptus trees, secret caves, & waterfalls. Maui is absolute paradise with stunning landscapes that are truly a dream come true. Mike did an incredible job of sharing his wealth of knowledge with us, you can tell he has a genuine love for the island and what he does. We will be back!
