The food was delicious. However, the entire experience seemed discombobulated from the moment of our arrival.
The host(ess) desk is not designated by a sign so we wandered to an area that looked like the entrance only to wait in a line for several minutes without a representative to greet us. The hostess finally returned and we discovered we had been waiting in the carry-out line.
We were directed to another entrance where waiting patrons also seemed confused. We presented the receipt for our dining package and was promptly told the wait would be an hour and a half. When we told them the package included priority seating the hostess asked us to wait while she went to check with someone. She returned and repeated that it did not include priority seating so we pointed it out on the list of inclusions on the receipt. She again asked us to wait while she checked with someone, then returned and said that we could be seated right away.
We were directed to a second hostess desk further back where we were asked to wait. There were a couple of brief discussions between several of the staff regarding where to seat us and how to handle us having the dining package.
We were finally seated by another hostess who was very polite. She left us at our table with a regular menu and two small slips of paper that had what we could order simply listed without any pictures or descriptions. As we were settling in, yet another lady came by and took the full menu my husband was viewing from his hands and went to take mine saying "oh you won't need these," which I thought was rude and presumptuous. When we asked if we could keep them to look them over she gave them back.
Our waitress had to ask someone a couple of times if what we ordered was included. My husband noticed during our meal that the waitress went to a table with the bill and found the patrons had already left, saying she looked confused, so we weren't sure how to "close the experience."
Overall, the restaurant was very busy and the staff seemed generally overwhelmed.
