They were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We have experience riding scooters and thought it was the best way to get around Waikiki with out dealing with the hassle of overnight parking. We are staying at the Hyatt place and they allowed us to park overnight at their location for safer storage. Will rent from them again for sure.

I'm telling you want of the best places to rent from for your trip! They are conveniently located. They are the nicest, laid back folks to deal with. 3rd time ive done a rental here!

The hubs and I rented a couple of e-bikes to check out Waikiki and it’s surrounding areas. This was our first time renting e-bikes and overall we enjoyed the rentals but here are a few things to keep in mind: 1) The bikes are a bit heavy and don’t do well going up hills. 2) Waikiki is not a bike friendly area. Going around Diamond Head was lovely and roads were not busy but everywhere else traffic is heavy and a bit scary to ride around. 3) Extremely limited bike racks. Our plan was to ride around town and stop at different areas to sightsee. However, because there were limited bike racks around town we found ourselves just walking around with heavy bikes. 4) All rentals MUST be returned to the location you picked up from. Hawaiian Rentals have a couple of locations around the Waikiki area and the option to return rentals to a store closer to our hotel was not an option. Overall we would not rent an e-bike/bike again just because the city is not very bike friendly.
