Everything was fantastic. I made a mistake on the rental day and rented online for the next/wrong day by mistake. You were super-cool and fixed my error on the spot when I arrived. The flexibility to return after hours was AWESOME! The bike was excellent. We had the incredibly comfortable Suzuki 400cc Burgman. My wife was the passenger, the Givi top case with backrest made all the difference for our island wide tour. We rented at 08:30 and rode around and stopped fequently for 10+ hours. I will deifnitely rent from you again! The 400cc Suzuki Burgman was icredible. Good power, comfortable, clean, easy. The tour map really helped with planning.

Friendly and helpful staff (went to both Lemon & Royal Hawaiian locations), great selection of rentals (bikes, e-bikes, mopeds, scoot coupes) as well as well-maintained machinery! Completely satisfied from pickup to drop-off! Thank you guys!

5 out of 5 stars. From pick up to drop off they make the process easy. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Helped answer all my questions about getting to Valley of The Temples memorial park and back.
