Josh was great! It was a great way to embrace the city quickly. I really appreciated the list of restaurants and nightlife at the end of the trip

Our guide Josh was very informative and just a really nice guy. Plenty of tips on places to eat and drink in all the neighborhoods so I’d recommend doing this at the start of your trip. The bike ride is relaxed and avoids most hills. Highly recommend

Great way to enjoy the city. The starting point in Hayes Valley was a part of San Francisco we were not familiar with but arriving early, it turned out to be a good way to watch the locals enjoying a Saturday morning. Frank was an excellent guide. The tour started well with offers of sun protection, water and restroom facilities. The 3 hour tour required a moderate amount of fitness, but we were questioned on our cycling experience before setting off, so presumably this is adaptable. Clear instruction with regards to safety and signalling. Stopping points were all interesting with lots of opportunities for photographs and discussion. Would highly recommend.
