Tour combiné en hélicoptère à Ketchikan

This 45-minute tour is a combination of two of our best, Mahoney Falls and Top of the World. You will fly out to a 1500 foot waterfall, with the possibility of seeing mountain goats. Then fly along the George Inlet and up to our exclusive helipad on an 2000 foot mountain with views of the Canadian Rockies and Prince of Wales Island. You will stay on the helipad for 10 - 20 minutes to take pictures and enjoy your surroundings. The remainder of the 30-minute flight flies over the Tongass Narrows, Ketchikan, and the cruise ships.

*Please note, despite misconception, Ketchikan does not have glaciers*

The entire experience was amazing. We got picked up right at the dock, and from there the process was so smooth. Our pilot was wonderful, very knowledgeable and the views were incredible. Worth every penny. Thank you Liz and Jonathan!!

The helicopter trip was awesome, the pilots and staff were very friendly however be very careful when booking that you are actually booking the tour you are wanting. Everything on viator showed we booked the Combo tour which is a 30 minute flight and the listing description when we booked said it as well. When we got picked up, they showed the listing which has the combo in bold but below in small print they said we actually booked the roundabout tour which is only 10 minutes. After getting to the business location they offered us a 10% discount if we wanted to book a longer tour. We ended up booking a longer flight which cost almost an additional $200 and had to pay a credit card fee. In the end it felt like we were getting a little ripped off and was honestly frustrating. If we booked a tour through viator and the listing was wrong, I do not feel that it is my fault and I would have appreciated to know when I booked back in May. I shouldn't have to find out once I am in the van heading to the location that there was a weird booking, have to pay a credit card fee (one of which viator doesn't charge), and not get to go on the same flight tour I booked. This definitely detracted from the experience. Once again, the staff, pilots, and helicopters were top notch and friendly. We felt safe throughout the one of a kind experience. We landed on a beach because clouds didn't allow the platform landing. Just be extra aware when booking that the listing may be incorrect or formatted in a way that may be tricky.

Hi Jacob - I responded to your Google Review but I'll leave a note here as well for the benefit of others to read. Rest assured we have rectified our listings to avoid this type of scenario in the future. "Early in the 2024 season all of our tours were listed as different options in Viator; they all had their own descriptions of the tours when selected but I understand that it may have been confusing upon booking. We re-listed all of our tours in Viator in early June(2024) to highlight each tour separately and we offered an upgrade discount in an effort to assuage the frustration. We are sorry you felt like you were being ripped off as that was definitely not the intention and we apologize for the misunderstanding. " - Liz

The helicopter ride at Ketchikan was alot of fun and smooth. The team made it easy for my friend and l. They were always in contact with us. We were picked up and dropped off at the cruise port. We got to take beautiful pictures of beautiful Ketchikan.
