The helicopter trip was awesome, the pilots and staff were very friendly however be very careful when booking that you are actually booking the tour you are wanting.
Everything on viator showed we booked the Combo tour which is a 30 minute flight and the listing description when we booked said it as well. When we got picked up, they showed the listing which has the combo in bold but below in small print they said we actually booked the roundabout tour which is only 10 minutes.
After getting to the business location they offered us a 10% discount if we wanted to book a longer tour. We ended up booking a longer flight which cost almost an additional $200 and had to pay a credit card fee. In the end it felt like we were getting a little ripped off and was honestly frustrating. If we booked a tour through viator and the listing was wrong, I do not feel that it is my fault and I would have appreciated to know when I booked back in May. I shouldn't have to find out once I am in the van heading to the location that there was a weird booking, have to pay a credit card fee (one of which viator doesn't charge), and not get to go on the same flight tour I booked. This definitely detracted from the experience.
Once again, the staff, pilots, and helicopters were top notch and friendly. We felt safe throughout the one of a kind experience. We landed on a beach because clouds didn't allow the platform landing. Just be extra aware when booking that the listing may be incorrect or formatted in a way that may be tricky.

Hi Jacob - I responded to your Google Review but I'll leave a note here as well for the benefit of others to read. Rest assured we have rectified our listings to avoid this type of scenario in the future.
"Early in the 2024 season all of our tours were listed as different options in Viator; they all had their own descriptions of the tours when selected but I understand that it may have been confusing upon booking.
We re-listed all of our tours in Viator in early June(2024) to highlight each tour separately and we offered an upgrade discount in an effort to assuage the frustration.
