There is no other tour experience like this on Maui. You will get to see first hand what a working conservation team does on a daily basis and why it is so important. We go into forest that contains endangered and indigenous plants and animals that visitors wouldn't be able to easily see otherwise. Most of the Mountain areas on Maui are privately owned with restricted access. This tour gives you the access.

I am a 40 year resident of west maui, educated in native flora and fauna. I found this eco hiking tour to have fabulous views, an easy hike- mostly under the canope of shade, along the valley ridge line. Kevin, born and raised in west maui, is very passionate and educated about Hawaiian history and native plants and their essential contribution to the vital west maui watershed. His history of this region is personal and unique. I enjoyed his storytelling and his knowledge of the importance of this undisturbed Hawaiian rainforest. He has partnered with the Pu'kukui Watershed Preserve, thus allowing him to take us on these private tours. A peaceful, quiet and truly untouched Hawaiian Rainforest and Hawaiian experience . I highly recommend this eco tour - a must see for all environmentally conscious and curious people

Kevin is very knowledgeable and passionate about preserving the watershed. Great hike, beautiful vistas, fabulous information. I was concerned about distance and heat, but we stopped frequently and learned about the native plants and ecosystem. One of the few opportunities to explore the West Maui mountains. I would recommend this hike to anyone!

I live here on Maui and work on a different part of this mountain and went here as part of work but I am so glad I did. I found Kevin's tours and thought it would add to the experience I give my guests and I was definitely correct. Kevin has so much knowledge of Maui and especially this area. The hike was not too much and amazing things to see along the way. This area is one that few people ever see.
