Come join the crew aboard the Tammy Jane for a 2-hour educational and picturesque low-country experience as we take you out Shrimping! We invite you to learn about our healthy salt marsh environment, and introduce you to some of the sea creatures we'll safely pull up in our nets (in addition to shrimp!).

We will explore how various ecosystems intertwine to create the rich food web that provides food for our tables.

The BEST part of our trip to Hilton Head Island! Captain Spike, Wyatt, and Chase were amazing! Professional, friendly, engaging, and well educated! While the nets were dropped, the crew shared their knowledge of the marine life, Daufuskie Island and much more! We had 6-8 dolphins following the boat! When the nets were raised we got to see different types of fish, jellyfish, a stingray, and shrimp!

Absolutely perfect day for us!! It was so much fun. We got to learn all about shrimping, why they have to go where they go to shrimp, how to set gear, and then we got to get our hands dirty and help them process the shrimp! We got to see lots of beautiful dolphins and even got to throw shrimp heads to the birds! It was really cool!! The whole family loved it, our tour guides were so nice and helpful and full of information. They were great and personable. Plus we got to take home some incredible shrimp. The boat has drinks for sale, including waters, sodas, and beers and such. It was a fabulous time, I can’t rate this trip high enough.

The crew was wonderful. They were very knowledgeable and very friendly. Unfortunately we missed the first boat we paid for we had got stuck in traffic so we lost our money for the first trip. We decided to pay for it again and I have no regrets. But still wish I could have gotten part of my money back for the trip I missed. But the crew made up for it they are by far very knowledgeable and friendly.
