Thirteen members of our family took the early evening tour on New Year's Day and really enjoyed it. Greg (possibly Craig) was our guide and he was a good storyteller.
Things to know: The tour involves walking a three-block loop with a lot of standing around, and you have to move fast to get across Broadway to beat the light. There's practically nowhere to sit, so if you can't stand comfortably for 90 minutes this isn't the tour for you (however, it IS wheelchair and stroller friendly). Our group included four children, two in elementary school and two toddlers. The older kids did well but the toddlers' parents had to take them home early.
