Your trip to Las Vegas won't be complete without a tour of the mighty Hoover Dam! Built during the Depression, thousands of men came to Black Canyon to tame the Colorado River, and it took them less than 5 years to build the largest dam of its time.

Please note that if the interior portion of the attraction is not available during your visit, additional stops may be added to the tour to ensure that you have a complete and enjoyable experience.   • Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
  • Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
  • Suitable for all physical fitness levels
  • Infants 23 months and under are considered a lap child
  • Children ages 2 years and up require a seat .
  • This tour is not recommended for anyone who suffers from claustrophobia, has a pacemaker or defibrillator. Tours are conducted in confined spaces and in a power plant with generators emitting electromagnetic frequencies.
  • Collapsible wheelchairs can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them to board and disembark the bus.
  • Hotel pickup is available for this tour/activity. Please note: depending on the hotel, buses may not be able to access or enter every property. In this case, pickup may be redirected to a central bus stop or nearby hotel. Exact pickup details will be provided to the guest upon reconfirmation with the local tour operator.

In multiple locations and confirmation emails I was told that my bus would pick me up from the bellagio at 10am. After 10:15 and no bus showed up I called the tour bus operator and they shared with me that it was supposed call Greyhound to find out what time I was supposed to get pick up. It did not say this anywhere and she told me to call viator to request a refund. Upon calling, even Viator said I see your reservation for 10:00. I’m really at a loss for words on how poor of an operation this company is. If the bid is supposed to leave at 8:30 then tell me 8:30! Not 10am. Ruined my vacation with my family. I will never ever use gray line Las Vegas again.

Dear B7759ADj, Thank you for having chosen Gray Line and we are sorry that you missed your excursion. However, every week we take hundreds of guests who booked via the same way you did to see the Hoover Dam and they all seem to know when and where we will pick them up. This does not happen by chance. Further, we would point out that your attention to details seems to be somewhat limited, as you did not book with the intercity bus company Greyhound, but with the sightseeing company Gray Line, which has been taking travelers on great sightseeing adventures for over 100 years. Hoover Dam Experience was very fun and worth the drive. We liked stopping at the Las Vegas sign and taking a picture

Literally perfect, convenient, totally worth the money. Bus guide was very knowledgeable. Picked up at a close hotel and dropped off.
