The workers from the company were very helpful and nice. We missed our initial time but was immediately rescheduled. I wish the tour was longer and went to areas outside the downtown areas.

Excellent driver and educator. Covered much of Dallas & allowed us to understand the layout of the city and what it had to offer

The tour "trolley" was pretty full and the day was a hot one. The A/C in the trolley was going full blast and noisy but making little impact. The commentary was very hard to hear as the quality of the speakers wasn't good and coupled with the A/C thrashing away, I heard almost nothing. The ride was very hard and there were a few gasps as we hit bumps - not comfortable at all. I appreciated seeing the city but didn't learn much about it.
