The tour was really enjoyable but the tour guide was horrible! I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or if she is normally like that. But she was extremely rude, yelling at the customers, telling us to shut up & we can get off the bus! She was horrible!!

You were part of the group that was talking so loudly that no one else could hear. I was able to pull up our video of your tour. Your group was talking loudly so that others could not hear the tour guide giving the information. The tour guide repeatedly asked to please keep your voices to a whisper and you refused. The tour guide had to stop the tour, get out of the driver seat and ask you to please depart and your group not only refused but starting talking louder and louder. When in a public space, everyone needs to be considerate of others. You were not considerate .

The driver who was the guide tour as well was rude and wouldn't let talk to each other in the bus like it was a school class, she threatened to kick out of the trolley couple of time and did stop the bus to do so, she was driving and texting all the time and was a really bad experience, it was an old lady with too much attitude,

I was able to pull up our video of your tour. You were on your phone talking loudly so that others could not hear the tour guide giving the information. The tour guide asked you 3 times to please keep your conversation to a whisper and you refused. The tour guide had to stop the tour, get out of the driver seat and ask you to please depart and your group not only refused but starting talking louder and louder. When in a public space, everyone needs to be considerate of others. You were not considerate .

Just the convenience of not having to worry about driving, parking, and all the stress that comes with it...so thankful that HOHO exists. I'll be returning soon and definitely plan to do this HOHO tour again!!! Thanks😊
