Absolutely horrible paid over $200 for 4 people driver never showed locals told us they have been cancelling buses I called and they told me to request a refund don’t buy

The bus never showed up!! We arrived at 47th St. and 7th Ave at 850am. The bus was supposed to be there at 900am. After waiting for 45 minutes, we bought a bus tour with another company. The bus company we decided to go with, advised us that New York Iconic Cruises (The name of the bus company) would not show up. They were right!! Viator should be ashamed they are selling tickets for this company. They would not refund us. What a scam!!

What a terrible experience with this company. They are certainly not hop on hop off. We waited over half an hour to board the bus (big red bus and top trip went past 4 times before ours turned up. When we alighted at Times Square we were told we had to return to the same stop to get the bus again! We obviously didn’t want to retrace our very valuable steps and waste time so we walked the 4 miles back to our hotel. Not once did our bus go by - but lots of the other rival buses did. DO NOT USE this company. No customer service whatsoever !!
