Went out in the morning and no problems. We got off and walked around, it was nice. We got back onto an empty trolley at stop #8 and rode it around to the welcome center with a total of 4 people. When we arrived at the welcome center there were empty seats on the next trolley going out but the attendant would not let us board. We then had to wait on another trolley to show up, then had to wait an additional 15 minutes to leave the stop. Instead of sending trolleys out more often they hold you up at the last stop, and it feels like you waste much of your day. They re-check your tickets even if you have stickers on and have rode around to the last stop so don’t throw them away. Would not ride again. Rated at 3 because the drivers/guides are nice and professional. Definitely would ride a trolley but would try a different one.

We apologize for your wait time. We have the empty seats at the Visitor's Center because there are people at the Welcome Center needing to board as well. We try to be as fair as possible for all. In our busy season that sometimes means a wait as it is on a first come first serve basis. We hope you will try us again.

What a great experience from the start! The woman out front greeting folks was very friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to assure we had what we needed and knew where to go. Definitely a great tour-we rode the full route the 1st time and listened to entertaining and extensive history. Then we hopped on and off at many of the sites and it was a wonderful day!!

Vince was our guide and he was amazing! Very knowledgeable about historic Savannah but told everything in a very entertaining way! I would have given the tour a 3 or maybe 4 but he made it a 5!
