I feel bad leaving this review, but the experience really left a lot to be desired. My husband is disabled, so we assumed we'd sit inside. But they have gaudy decals over most of the windows and the windows are tinted. Since most of the tour is looking at very tall buildings, the interior space is useless. So we went up top. It was a hot day but we had a nice breeze. Since we hadn't planned on riding atop I didn't bring sunscreen or hats. You definitely want a hat with a strap and don't plan the trip in the rain. The tour itself was disappointing. We wandered around and around a very small area of downtown Houston looking at very tall buildings. The narration, which was recorded, identified only a handful of them. We also drove through the graffiti area of town. Interesting art, but the neighborhood doesn't show off Houston well. The driver said to be sure to ask him any questions, but he was downstairs and everyone was upstairs listening to the recorded narration. Most such tours have a drive and a guide. Not this one. While we looked at lots of energy buildings, they didn't go to the museum district, the zoo, the arboretum, the Galleria, or other Houston experiences. We have recently moved to the area and wanted to get a feel for what is here and where it is. Didn't happen. And don't miss that this is a hop-on bus. Not a hop-on/hop off bus. The office is dismal. It says it's the Houston Visitor Center, but I don't think so. It's a small family operation that I'm sure is trying to recover from Covid. But with a little effort, it could be a lovely day trip. There is parking almost next door. In April 2022 it was $7 for all-day parking. The owner didn't know that when I called to check on near-by parking.

Dear Guest, Thank you so much for your comments ,unfortunately you where upset even before you check in for your tour, we provided a professional service and tried to accommodate you and your husband the best possible . we don't have control of private or city parking areas, weather or wind conditions .We have sunscreen - hats and umbrellas available on all our tours. You purchased a 80 minute downtown panoramic tour.( not the hop on- hop off tour ) and the tour description is very clear on your receipt. We included many areas not only a small portion of downtown, we explored Historic district, market square , Discovery green park - GRB Convention center ,Graffiti park- Buffalo bayou river - Theatre district - financial district - Stadiums- Congress avenue - Mid town and more. The areas that you mention in this review are not included in this tour ,like the Galleria ,Arboretum or the Houston Zoo. This is a very informative tour and for that reason we are open for any additional questions or orientation at the end of the tour. Everybody had a great time and we look forward to serving you again. Thank you!
