it was a cold windy day. We had to go downstairs to avoid the wind so we did not see anything since all those places are high rise buildings in downtown. Even the main door to the bus was broken and the driver couldn’t close it. Seats were wet from the rain. We froze and did not see anything either. The driver and the tour guid guys were good but the bus itself was terrible. It was the worst hop on city tour I’ve ever been. My time and money is wasted. In a day like this they should have a better buses. Not recommending this. This tour should not be on Expedia. Very disappointed!!

We had a 10 hours layover in Houston on our way back to Canada. While we were walking down the street, we saw that the tour bus is just about to leave, so we decided to join the tour. On the tour we basically saw everything there is to see in Houston. I would recommend this tour to anyone that has to spend some time in Houston, because you will get to see much more of the city than just by walking around. After the tour, make sure that you spend some time inside their office and have a drink in a genuine Texan atmosphere.

The tour itself was great until about half way through. The driver was funny and informative. A little over half way the drive stopped and picked up 3 people. Their first language was not English but that does not excuse their rudness. My Sister in law was seated by a window seat. When this man got on in the middle of the tour he asked her if he could have the window seat and she politely said no. Throughout the rest of the tour he kept reaching his arms in front of her or over her head to position his camera phone to take pictures. He did this Many times even though she was very uncomfortable with him encroaching her space. She finally asked please don't do that, he continued. My wife across the aisle finally said something, and his wife sitting behind my wife started reaching over my wife's head to take photos, and my wife was in an aisle seat. Then he started reaching across the aisle over my wife's head to take pictures. During this time he was still encroaching upon my Sister in laws space again. I had finally had enough and the next time he reached over my wife's head, I stood up and glared at him blocking his photo. ( I was seated next to my wife at the opposite window). He told me to just sit down. I said" pretty rude huh? Almost as rude as reaching in front and over people making them feel uncomfortable. I was amazed all of a sudden he could muster enough English to utter " just sit down!" I then told him how rude he was. I was angry and he new it. The only thing preventing him from getting more aggressive was my obvious disability. I take these tours because I have to carry oxygen and can't walk far. These 3 people came up to the bus while we were stopped and nearly begged to get on. If this joker had to take 50 pictures with his phone, why didn't he get to the tour on time and get a window seat. He and his wife were extremely rude. The irony here is they were European, and Americans are called rude in Europe! This ruined the tour for my Sister in law, my wife, and myself 11:30 tour Sunday 10/21/18.
