We enjoyed the tour . We have taken many hop on hop off busses in many cities and it returns on a regular schedule throughout the day. This hop on bus decides when you will get picked up and if you miss the first and only time he returns you have to find a different way home at your own expense after already paying this bus company for the return service . We asked for a refund and we were denied. You should not use this service. We returned with Lift it provided great service .

Overall we enjoyed the tour. We felt that we got a good overview of the city in a reasonable amount of time. It had the feel of a tour rather than hop on hop off,it was clear that the schedule didnt really allow any hopping anywhere! The only disappointment was the fact we only saw the rear view of the Minute Maid Stadium rather than the brilliant view the taxi driver showed us on the way to the airport.

Once the tour started, it was great. Unfortunately they missed our stop and we had to wait almost 2 hours from the scheduled time
the bus was to come by. I was able to contact Viator and talk and actually talk someone who advised/confirmed bus was still coming by. No reason was ever provided for the late arrival. The driver however was very good and knowledgeable and provided a lot of interesting trivia and information. Overall, we would still recommend this tour.
