WOW!!! Absolutely 5 stars! Rick Thomas delivers one of the most incredible magic shows I’ve ever experienced. Not only is he a master illusionist, but his humor and charisma truly make the performance unforgettable. Unlike other shows I have seen, Rick has a way of captivating the audience from start to finish, keeping everyone on the edge of their seats. I can’t wait to see the show again on my next trip this summer. Thank you, Rick, for making this trip so memorable and amazing!

12/28/2024. My son was invited onto the stage for a few minutes answering questions and doing some stuff for the audiences humor including sweeping the stage and before a larger trick seemed slightly nervous (as one would be in front of a large audience at age 10) and was asked to leave the stage and sit back down. Rick then had another boy go up on stage for about the same amount of time but only for the trick part and then was handed a magic trick set and poster for being on stage. Later on a girl went on stage for an even shorter amount of time and was also handed a magic trick set and poster. My son was the only one that didn't get anything after being on stage for more than a couple of minutes. After the show on the way home kept asking why he was the only one they didn't get anything and was crying that he felt like a failure. That's just annoying and frustrating. At least give the kids a poster or something for being on stage if you give all of the other kids thr magic trick set and everything else. The show is also just as much talking and watching TV than it is about actual illusions. Mainly I'm just upset for my son and Ricks use of him for jokes and showing no appreciation that he did every other kid.

It deeply saddens me. My team and I went above and beyond to find you, hoping to gift your child as well. Frank, my lighting director, even reached out in an effort to connect. But you vanished. Life isn’t perfect, and I pour my heart and soul into every single performance. Do I achieve perfection every time? Of course not. Yet, your choice to criticize me publicly, without addressing the issue directly at the show, has turned an innocent mishap into an opportunity to attack someone who wanted nothing more than to make things right for your son. It’s truly disheartening. In fact, it would be an absolute pleasure to make sure your son is not disturbed any further by this. simply reach out to the theatre and leave a way for me to reach you. though your comments may stand - I am not attempting to change your thoughts... at least allow us to mend your son's heart. 417.336.0888. We look forward to hearing from you. Our effort to care for your child was genuine and heartfelt. Your actions, however, speak more to vengeance than to fairness. If you truly understood who we are and the lengths we go to for our audience, I don’t believe you would have written such harsh words. Like anyone, I occasionally miss the mark. I’m certain there are moments in your life where you've made mistakes—moments others could just as easily write about in judgment. Missteps happen, and we tried to rectify this one. Let us meet each other halfway next time, with understanding and kindness, rather than hostility.
