Aperçu
The 8 mile whitewater stretch through the Snake River Canyon takes you through mix of calm sections where you'll be able to take in the scenery and wildlife, and exciting rapids. On this smaller 8 man raft your paddling skills will be put to the test as your guide leads you into the big waves of Kahuna and Lunch Counter, so be prepared to paddle hard and have a blast getting soaked!
Guests 16 and over will be charged a $3 Bridger Teton National Forest User fee at check in.

  • During the call our office staff will review check in procedures of the day to help limit the time spent inside our office. This may include signing e-waivers for everyone and paying for any wetsuit rentals in advance.
  • You will be getting soaked on this trip. So wear items of clothes that are not made of cotton, synthetic clothes are best!

We had a fantastic time on our trip down the river! Our family of seven ranged in age from 11-71, and we all had such a great experience! We took a smaller boat, and TRAVIS was our guide. He listened to our questions, answered our concerns, and got everyone situated where they needed to be for the best trip down the river. He was clearly experienced and knowledgeable and made sure everyone got to participate in the adventure. Some reviews have said this trip was "too calm," but it was just the right level of excitement for our varied ages and limited experience. Exciting and fun, but not too overwhelming for our younger children (or their mama!). Excellent trip!

Everything was great! Sandy was fun and patient with the 3 kids on the boat. Perfect amount of thrill for first timers. My husband and I have been plenty and it was still fun for us too. If I didn't have others to compare, I would have no complaints. However, the bus rides were long and the price a bit high for 1 hour on the river. Nonetheless, we were very happy with our experience!

This was a highlight of our trip to Jackson Hole and Yellowstone Nat. Park! Jordan was very knowledgeable and lots of fun. Our group included 3 generations and 3 teenagers. The teens absolutely loved it!! Jordan gave clear instructions and made us all feel like we were doing a great job paddling. The rapids were fun and a little bit scary, which was perfect. Transportation was timely, no waiting. We just had an overall great time!
