Aperçu
The 8 mile whitewater stretch through the Snake River Canyon takes you through mix of calm sections where you'll be able to take in the scenery and wildlife, and exciting rapids. On this smaller 8 man raft your paddling skills will be put to the test as your guide leads you into the big waves of Kahuna and Lunch Counter, so be prepared to paddle hard and have a blast getting soaked!
Guests 16 and over will be charged a $3 Bridger Teton National Forest User fee at check in.

  • Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
  • Does not include any food
  • During the call our office staff will review check in procedures of the day to help limit the time spent inside our office. This may include signing e-waivers for everyone and paying for any wetsuit rentals in advance.
  • You will be getting soaked on this trip. So wear items of clothes that are not made of cotton, synthetic clothes are best!

Dave Hanson is the place to book your rafting experience. Very easy sign up, great follow through. Show up and everything is taken care of, really well thought out and seamless process. The staff was great, friendly and energetic. The guides were all great. Ours was Kevin, knowledgeable, laid back, and a good sense of humor.

One of the highlights of our national parks trip. Did the small boat whitewater rafting trip with Delaney as our guide and it was so much fun! Everyone on our boat had an absolute blast and Delaney was the perfect guide. Water was a little cold in late September but the wet suit and booties made it very doable. Would definitely do this again if back in the area.

Had such a blast! Fun boat with an experienced guide who was very knowledgeable about the geology and wildlife in the area. Experience was as advertised and made for great memories!
