Aperçu
The 8 mile whitewater stretch through the Snake River Canyon takes you through mix of calm sections where you'll be able to take in the scenery and wildlife, and exciting rapids. On this smaller 8 man raft your paddling skills will be put to the test as your guide leads you into the big waves of Kahuna and Lunch Counter, so be prepared to paddle hard and have a blast getting soaked!
Guests 16 and over will be charged a $3 Bridger Teton National Forest User fee at check in.

Opted for the whitewater rafting experience. And so glad we did. We lucked out, as there was an increase in the water level on snake river, making the experience even better. Well that's what Bryce aka " Daddy" said anyway. Highly rec the wet suits, (jacket and body suit for an additional $13). We had water shoes so no need for boots. I think that was 2 or 3 dollars additional. We were a party of three. Mom and adult sons (26 & 30). (Tripadvisor doesn't give that as a choice so I choose business associates). Hubby stayed back. We had a forth passenger in our raft and with Bryce at the helm we had no worries. Other rafts in our group had more folks aboard and some younger kids. No incidents. Water temp was 68 degrees. 3 of our party jumped into the river when we given the okay.

We had a great experience. The guide/crew/driver were great. They were very knowledgeable, experienced, fun and safe. Along the way we saw a bald eagle and had a chance to get soaked if you wanted (more than the others on the boat if you choose). I would recommend this experience to family and friends.

Excellent guide-zac . Fun rapids. Very safe and beautiful scenery. Tour company was very well run and we appreciated the availability of renting wet suits.
