Aperçu
The 8 mile whitewater stretch through the Snake River Canyon takes you through mix of calm sections where you'll be able to take in the scenery and wildlife, and exciting rapids. On this smaller 8 man raft your paddling skills will be put to the test as your guide leads you into the big waves of Kahuna and Lunch Counter, so be prepared to paddle hard and have a blast getting soaked!
Guests 16 and over will be charged a $3 Bridger Teton National Forest User fee at check in.

  • Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
  • Does not include any food
  • During the call our office staff will review check in procedures of the day to help limit the time spent inside our office. This may include signing e-waivers for everyone and paying for any wetsuit rentals in advance.
  • You will be getting soaked on this trip. So wear items of clothes that are not made of cotton, synthetic clothes are best!

Our family of 2 adults and 2 kids (14 and 10) had a terrific trip with Dave Hanson today. The office staff was super responsive from booking up to the day of the trip. Our guide, Kevin was spectacular. I do recommend this to families.

Had blast with Peter on the Snake River. Felt safe and he was talkative and knowledgeable about the river and the wildlife. Loved seeing the bald eagles. This portion not too challenging (2’s and 3’s) but still a lot of fun. Good for families as well as couples.

Eagen was a great guide. We had a wonderful time. The weather was perfect and we saw a lot of bald eagles. The bus was clean and the driver was very informative about the history and the area.
