This is the second case in which poor directions to the meeting point caused us confusion. In Juneau recently, the green canopy was not there, and the replacement white canopy had no indications that it was the Viator check-in point. I found the check-in point after I asked a local person about it. This happened to us on an earlier trip to Mykonos where we missed the tour completely because of poor directions to the meeting point and no help from locals. On the other hand, we had a wonderful tour earlier on this trip to Ostia, Italy. This tour was one of the best we've ever done!

Thank you for sending in your review. We are sorry about the meeting point confusion here in Juneau. We have operators available to help by phone during all touring times and are able to help get you to the meeting points. Viator is who you purchased your tour from and we are the provider, so it was an orange M&M Tours sign that you would have been looking for and is located on the sides of the white tent. We do hope you enjoyed your Alaska Cruise and your time in Juneau.

The bus driver pointed out major buildings around the town. Went too two attractions one a lookout and one statue of a whale but rather annoyingly kept trying to sell us his CD and photographs and tell poor jokes

Joseph was a great tour guide. Interesting info mixed with stories. He was a wealth of information and was able to answer questions .
