Alicia was so hospitable and knowledgeable. She took care to ensure we saw and knew about the major highlights. Views changed by the minute so she actually looped around so we could see a glacier the was not visible just minutes prior. It was great that drop off was either in the city or at the ship’s shuttle.

Disappointed… It was just a bus ride looking at buildings, supposedly visiting the glacier - which was FAR AWAY - and a stop at the whale fountain. That was it !!! Waaaay too expensive for what was offered. Unfortunately, our precious short time in Juneau was wasted and shortened by this ‘excursion’

We try to describe them very well as the city tour does not go into the Mendenhall Glacier park and we want people to completely understand that. When you'd like to get a great view of the Glacier and actually go into the park, book the Glacier Express Tour. That will get you as close as possible without using aircraft.

Very interesting guide was very informative he did not rush us he answered all of our questions. We would definitely go on one his tours again
