Was very upset that not everyone can have a seat inside. Me and my husband had to stand for the entire 6 hours including when we had to eat our lunch. This is absolutely ridiculous. They need to fix this. Feel like I wasted my money. They need to assign seats. There was family members with large groups that took up two seats so they could have a seat for there bookbag. Some kids took up two seats so they could sleep. Us and another couple were forced to stand the entire time. We couldn’t even sit down when everyone ran outside bc everyone saved there seats with large bag, camera bags etc. we asked the staff where we could eat since all of the tables were taken they said we could stand outside to eat. It was freezing outside and the water was rocky so we had to eat with extreme winds and extreme cold while standing up. The staff did not care that we were not able to sit down. We were so frustrated standing for 6 hours while everyone else was able to go outside or inside as they pleased.

We did the Kenai Fjord Tours cruise from Seward over to Aialik Glacier. The weather wasn’t great and the seas were rougher than normal, but the captain decided to go anyway. So glad he did. The ride out to the glacier was great. We stayed outside for most of it to enjoy the scenery. Upon arrival at the glacier, the crew was very helpful and informative. Our boys - 16 and 14 - loved it. Saw some beautiful scenery and wildlife on the return. Definitely wear layers and take Dramamine if you think you might need it. You don’t want to miss this. The chicken wrap they provide is pretty wimpy, so you may want to hit the Subway across the street before you board. The cookies at the end are fantastic though.
