We booked way in advance the ULTIMATE SPACE PASS for my husband, myself and two Grandchildren turning 13 and 10. This was to be a special birthday present. They flew in from Ohio just for this event. We talked about it for months. My grandson loves science and the space ships . We even went to the movie ...APPOLO 11 before our trip. We arv. At our hotel the night before so we could start at 9am the next morning. It was a 4 hr. drive from Osprey to the hotel. At 8 PM , We recv. a call from CITY SIGHTSEEING ORLANDO Telling us that we had no tkt’s to get into this event. They said they had a computer glitch. I told the that that was their problem, not mine. I paid $463.96 for my 4 tkt’s mo. ago. I printed my voucher. I told the agent that I was going to go at 9am the next morning and I expected her Mgr to talk to KSC and work to straighten thiS out. I told her that I would go to will call at 9 AM and get my tkt’s. We arv. At will call and could not get our tkt’s. The KSC said you all screwed up and they were full. I had the Mgr at KSC call the Mgr at CSO....Cristine . After an hr at the window, we could not get our tkt’s. We had no lunch with the Astronauts. Terrible experience. We want a full refund, We want our two days of hotel reimbursement. We want their air fair reimbursement. I was so upset when I rcvd that call at 8 PM....I was up all night. I could not change it to 3/4 days later. They were flying back to Ohio. I hv worked , yrs ago, for United airlines. This was the most unprofessional experience I hv had and I Am 70 yrs old. I will be posting this msg all over Facebook if I don’t hear from you ASAP. I will also call the better business association. Every one must know about your company. We live an an exclusive area in Florida called THE OAKS CLUB. I will post this on our club news board. SHAME ON YOU AND CSO. MONIQUE PLOCIAK 216-695-8688

We went on a very chilly, windy day and that hampered our experience. We did like most of the indoor activities I think we were there about 3 hours total

We went here half way through a fortnight in Orlando. It is quite a hike out to Kennedy, but there is nowhere else you can get to see this stuff. Even if you and your kids aren’t into science and space, it is really impressive to see the sheer scale of the rockets and to try and get an appreciation of how hard this stuff is to achieve. BUT..... It is almost impossible to get here without driving, so why charge an additional $10 for parking? Also, the place seems to have become much more popular since my first visit 10 years ago. This is great unless you are sat near a family who just don’t stop talking through films, explanations.... just everything. A loud SHHHH seems to help, but only temporarily. It would be great if the Space Centre staff would help in this for the enjoyment of those who truly appreciate what you are doing. Regardless of my moan, we are bound to go back when we are next in this part of Florida.
