The crew was very nice and the boat was excellent. My issue was that there was bad weather coming in and the water was extremely choppy. Several other tours chose not to go out. However our boat went out anyway. We drove out of the rain eventually, but the water was so rough and visibility was zero. I couldn’t see my hand in front of my face. Every other snorkel trip I’ve taken, the crew would at least take us to a better location. I think that we paid for a snorkel trip that was just a boat ride. It didn’t seem ethical to take us out, knowing the conditions were not good for snorkeling. I heard radio chatter from other boats saying conditions were not good. They should have offered us a rain check at the very least. I’m sure under better conditions we would have had a nice snorkel, but today the water was so cloudy and choppy, there were several people who chose not to get in the water.

Beautiful trip out on the ocean on a nice boat! Great staff and all equipment included for snorkeling. We were first timers for snorkeling and felt comfortable, safe, and equipped. Staff maintained COVID-19 precautions as well.

This team knows how to have fun and be safe. When you're out of your element, you're going to want a team that can accommodate-- and they have your back here. We came with a group of atleast 20 college kids, and the 4 person crew managed to keep us safe, have fun, and still laugh! They knew when to laugh, and they knew when to be serious. One of the best experiences I've ever experienced. Thank you guys!
