Though we enjoyed our half-day snorkeling trip, I felt that poor communication significantly detracted from our experience. We received a text message cancellation of our initial booking (made directly on the Sebago website) 45 min prior to the original check-in time due to not having enough people booked. That's fine - but 45 min prior to the start of the activity is not enough notice. No effort was made on the part of Sebago to rebook us on a different trip - we had to call them and see what was available.

It was too choppy to go to the reef so the boat stopped in the same place as the other boats with snorkelers and there were no fish. Not one. I would rather they told us it was a bad day for it than to have wasted the day. Couldāve gone to Ft. Zach.

1 hour out, 1 hour snorkeling, 1 hour back... the timing was perfect. The crew was helpfully instructional, friendly, and overall great. The draft beer and white wine kept flowing for my wife and I all the way back to port. Fantastic experience!
