Excellent trip. Professional and friendly crew. Enjoyed the snorkling. Good music and drinks on the way in. Definitely worth it!

Horrible experience! Tour was cancelled and due to "boat issues" and it was the last day of our trip so missed out on snorkeling. They refunded everyone's ticket and I expected the refund within 10 business days according to my bank and a month later followed up with my bank to verify if refund was issued. Bank said no and referred to my statement - NO CREDIT as of yet. Called customer service and was given a run around that rep didn't see any notes of what I expressed. Crazy!!! I also had a cancellation number and went with a group of friends so it was not just my experience! I am so angry! Rep shared she has to send "an email" for follow up. This is insane! A month later and NOTHING!! NEVER book anything through them again! I shouldn't have to chase my money. Waste a time and don't waste your money!!
