We definitely were beginner level and the whole crew made it a great experience. It was harder than we thought but the level of encouraging support was off the charts. Emily was our dive master and she is AWESOME! if you want to see what it is like to dive, I highly recommend taking a trip with SNUBA of Key West. They are great people and will take great care of you.

Amazing!!! Can’t say enough about how incredible this experience was. CJ was our guide and was awesome when one of my daughters was afraid to descend. He was patient and encouraging. She was able to gain the confidence to participate fully and we cannot thank the entire crew enough for their support. The captain was fantastic and so are our photographs. My daughters have named it their best day in Key West!

I had an anxiety attack. The captain was really empathetic and helped calm me down but I was only able to snorkel. When the female instructor was taking my payment, I asked if I could be charged a lesser price for the snorkeling since I couldn’t do the full snuba dive. She replied no. That frustrated me! They didn’t have our t-shirt sizes and I was really excited about getting pictures of my family underwater, which remind you, was planned & paid ahead. I was extremely disappointed that the photos were mostly of the other family group. On a positive note, the male staff were very knowledgeable and friendly.
