Mu husband and I took our 2 children (6 & 9). They were the perfect age, they could do everything there and were still young enough to really enjoy it. We spent about 3 hours there and did everything they had to offer. Even if you have tickets be prepared to wait a little, it is worth it. The person checking you in walks you back and explains how it works, there is a little video you watch, then enter the room. They only let so many people in at one time, which makes it worth it to me to wait. The staff we encountered were extremely friendly. While it did seem expensive, we did enjoy it and it was still new and and clean. We didn't know this BUT if you have a lego minifigure person take it with you and you can trade the workers for one they have on their name tags, which looked fun and I wished I knew before going.

The website is ridiculous if you are military. There is no mention of a military discount online, that I could find. The site tells you that it is best to make a reservation online to insure you are able to get admitted. There only the full price option offered online. When I tried to call, 8 Mar & 10 Mar, to get more information, I was routed into voice mail and left messages, but never received a call-back. When we arrived, the manager that was on duty at 1100 hrs on Sunday, 12 Mar, was great! She was professional, friendly and knowledgeable . She understood the problem, did what was necessary to untangle the problem and made the visit start out on the right foot. The rest of the day was great, my grandson had a wonderful, memorable day. So, of course, we did also.

You can't go wrong with this place if ypu have a Lil one who's a lego fan! The building g stations, the rides, the master builder walking around to help you build, give you tips,and trade for real take homes, to the end of tour in the lego shop.
