The staff was amazing and helpful! That’s the most important. The reason I only give 3 stars is because The only handicap accessible bus was the double decker which was unfortunately pretty boring. I wanted to do the celebrity homes one, but couldn’t. It was a real bummer but again the staff was so nice and helpful. Think about getting accessible vans 😬🙏

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. At Big Bus Tours we strive to provide our customers with great experiences and I am sorry that we fell short of that. I am glad we were able to get your group on another tour but understand the Celebrity Tour was more desired. Your feedback is of value and I will be bringing it to our operations team. I would like to add that we do offer handicap accessible tours for our Hop On Hop Off tour and our TMZ Celebrity Tour. We are usually able to accommodate with a 24 hour notice but hope to improve our accessibility as a whole in the future. I was concerned when I learned by calling 24 hours before our tour that this experience was not wheelchair accessible when trip advisor indicated that it was. Mary was so kind and helpful. She sent me pictures of the steps within the vehicle so that we could review to determine if my daughter could navigate the steps. She even held space for us on a different but somewhat similar tour that was accessible just in case my daughter was not comfortable once she arrived. Everyone was kind and helpful. My family had a great time. Mike was fantastic, entertaining and informative.
