The communication prior to the tour was excellent. The tour company made sure we have a clear pick up location a few weeks prior to the tour. They came back to check with me since my AirBnB did not give out the address until the week of the tour. We had Dominic as our tour guide. Dominic was a great driver. He had a good sense of humor, and most importantly he kept checking on us to make sure we were not overheating (since we are there in the summer). Dominic showed us the camera settings on how to take beautiful photos during the Antelope Canyon tour, as well as showed us where are the great spots for taking photos at the Horse Shoes Bend. I highly recommend booking through Dineh Tours for the visits!

We made this stop on our USA Tour just because this tour and after we got an email that the pick up place and time has been changed we were there at the appointment. But our guide wasn‘t there. So we went back to the hotel and called the service number. The man on the phone just told us that we were too late. I have to say that we got our already paid 1000bucks back. But it was not the adventure we were loking forward to …. So for now i would not recommend this tour.

Ahéheé (Thank You) phillipn…, for taking the time to write a review. We would like to thank you for your feedback on our tours. However, we have no indication of your reservation in our system and feel you may confuse us with a different tour company. It is not our protocol or policy to suddenly change your pickup location for the tours, specifically since we confirm your hotel pickup or park and meet location 24 hours prior to your tour departure. If you went directly to the Canyon site location and then return to your hotel, then only to be told you missed your tour and have a refund issued back to you. This is not our protocol on how we conduct tours. We would most definitely have got you on a tour, especially since most of our guests travel internally to visit our area. If you would please privately email us, we would like to handle this matter directly and show you better customer service to which you are most definitely due. We apologize for the terrible experience and service you were given. Please email us directly at [email protected], please attach a copy of your reservation so that we may better assist you. We look forward to your email so that we can find you a solution. In the meantime, please stay healthy and safe.

Take this tour! Lower Antelope Canyon is a magical unique place to visit and arranging our tour through Dineh Tours made our whole experience fantastic. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. He taught us so much about Navajo traditions and cultures - and also was able to teach us so much about Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. And one of the best perks about this tour was that our tour guides were amazing photographers on iPhones - they made sure we had the optimum settings and set us up to take amazing photos (they also happily took photos of me and my husband in some of the more scenic locations). Neither of the two hikes were overly strenuous - you do descend and climb a lot of stairs and ladders, but it is all manageable. It can get hot on the walk out to Horesehoe Bend - so make sure you have a hat and some water. Highly recommend this tour with Dineh Tours!
