We had reservations for Ken’s Lower Antelope Canyon tour today. En route, a multi vehicle accident closed the only road in both directions. We didn’t move for over a hour. Realizing that we would arrive late to our tour, we called Scenic Bend Customer Service and spoke to Edwin. Edwin assured us that we would be accommodated on a later tour this same day. He said we were not the only people affected. He told us if we turned around and returned to our hotel in Sedona, we would not get a refund. We stressed that we had three hours remaining in our journey and did not want to make the 6 hour round trip if we couldn’t get a tour. He assured us we would get a tour, and to continue driving. So we drove three hours to Ken’s Tours, and they would not accommodate us. At the instruction of Edwin, we drove 6 hours and got no tour. Scenic Bend refused to refund us. Absolutely horrible.
